Push. No matter what. Sisyphus Tattoo. I really enjoyed working on this piece and playing with the contrast between the heavy, dark imagery and the softer branches and open skin around it. I wanted it to feel strong without becoming too heavy on the arm by giving enough of negative space to the composition. To me, this story is about people who choose keep going without looking at risk of own struggle.
