Circe in Her Power, digital painting I will share my process tmrw🖤 Circe is one of my absolute favorite Greek goddesses. She embodies feminine power— the ability to transform oneself and her connection to her human-like emotions. She is often feared as a dangerous witch in myths but as we all know, women were called “witch” when they possess knowledge and power that pose a threat to this men-led society. She is now the symbol of self discovery and freedom. This painting is not a traditional representation of Circe, it’s my reimagining of Circe as a fantasy character who encapsulates all her most alluring qualities. #circeart #greekmythologyart
